1 . General Conditions of Online Sale

These general terms and conditions regulate the sale of Access Tickets (hereinafter referred to as tickets) to service users/customers (hereinafter referred to as customer), to visit the historic park of Villa D. Pallavicini in addition to any products and/or services combined with the events, made through the portal www.villadurazzopallavicini.it, made out to L'arco di Giano coop. soc., with registered office in Via XVI giugno 1944, n. 7 c red - 16153 Genova, PI/CF 02392880999

By placing an order on the webshop, the Customer declares that he/she has read all the instructions given to him/her during the purchase procedure, and fully accepts the general and payment conditions described below.

2. Access Titles and Events

2.1 Customers of Access Tickets at www.villadurazzopallavicini.it, must purchase valid Access Tickets in order to access and attend the Event Venue. The rules applicable to the Customer shall apply to them.

2.2 Ticket availability is subject to change until the transaction is completed with payment

2.3 The purchase of the ticket is finalized by making the payment and subsequent confirmation of the successful transaction.

2.4 The cumulative park + archaeological museum ticket consists of a coupon

2.5 The Access Title may not be transferred for consideration or brokered.

2.6 L'Arco di Giano coop. soc., has the right to cancel an Access Title and a purchase order executed, at any time, for technical and/or organizational reasons. In particular, any purchase transaction executed, if the relevant payment has not been processed within the specified time will be automatically canceled by L'arco di Giano coop. soc. In case of cancellation of an access ticket with executed payment, L'arco di Giano coop. soc. will refund the amount.

3. Payment instruments

The payment instruments that may be used by the Customer are decided by L'arco di Giano coop. soc. which may apply limitations and exclusions to the payment instruments used by the Customer, for security or other reasons.

Credit card payment is handled through PayPal, Italy's leading online banking and e-commerce company. Transactions are absolutely secure and use high-security protocols. The credit cards supported for payments are: VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON and POSTEPAY. Credit card transaction authorization is immediate and occurs at the same time as the order confirmation; however, the actual transaction may be delayed a few days. Customers' credit card information will in no way be handled or stored by the servers or by others outside the indicated banking services.

For payment by PayPal, it may be proposed automatically or it may be necessary to connect through your account and make the payment to the email box communicated to the Customer in the transaction confirmation email that L'arco di Giano coop. soc. will send at the end of the online purchase procedure. Such payment must necessarily be made within the terms indicated.

4. Price of Access Securities and service fees.

Additional fees, when present, may vary with the forms of payment based on the costs of administering the various payment services themselves. Such surcharges, if any, are explicitly highlighted in appropriate sections during the Securities purchase process. In the event that a particular type of delivery of the Securities is required, such as, for example, shipment to the Client's premises, L'arco di Giano coop. soc. reserves the right to charge specific service fees as a contribution for the shipment itself.

5. Communication confirmation of successful transaction

For each transaction successfully completed, a communication of successful transaction will be sent to the email box communicated by the Customer during registration. Each communication contains summary data of the event for which the Access Tickets were purchased, the type of tickets purchased, summary data regarding payment and delivery methods, summary data of the Customer and a unique order code for each transaction, which identifies the transaction. It is necessary to keep a copy of the confirmation email.

On the other hand, in case you receive an email containing Digital Access Titles, it will contain the codes to be submitted directly for access.

6. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal and cancellation of the purchase made

The object of this contract is the supply of products and services concerning leisure activities with provision for a specific date or period of performance. Therefore, in accordance with Article 59 paragraph 1 letter n) of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the application of the provisions on the right of withdrawal referred to in Articles 52 to 58 of the same decree, once the contract is concluded, is excluded.

The Customer may not exercise this right in connection with the purchase of Access Securities.

Having completed the procedure provided by the Service, the user will then not be able to request cancellation of the completed transaction.

7. Event postponed or cancelled - Park closure

7.1 L'arco di Giano coop. soc. is not in any way responsible for any inconvenience caused by changes in the scheduling and/or cancellation of an Event or for the closure of the park due to adverse weather conditions reported by ARPAL with a code of RED ALERT or strong gale force winds, by Mayoral Ordinance or security assessments of the park management or for unforeseeable situations (by way of example but not limited to: landslides, falling trees, securing after significant weather events, fire and post fire securing, etc.). In the event that these occur, the Customer who has purchased the relevant Access Ticket shall be entitled to obtain the replacement of his/her Access Ticket by requesting at the email address: prenotazioni@villadurazzopallavicini.it, participation in a subsequent similar proposed calendar event or entry to the park on another date, within three months. Since no choice has been made and this period has passed, the Access Title will no longer be valid.

7.2 If the event is cancelled and no longer offered within three months from the date of scheduling, the Customer may request a refund of the purchased Access Ticket related to that specific event with the exception of the pre-sale fee and the fees applied for the performance of the service (surcharges applied related to payment and delivery). The arc of Giano coop. soc. will provide for the reimbursement operations, in a manner and timing decided by itself. Access Securities related to such Events may not be exchanged for others related to other Events.

7.3 In any case, L'arco di Giano coop. soc. will not replace the Access Title in the event that it is lost, lost, deteriorated, damaged or destroyed nor if the Access Title has been stolen or has become even partially illegible.

8. Methods of pickup and delivery

The ticket may be picked up at the park's ticket office by presenting a copy of the email sent by the sales system during the purchase of the Access Ticket, confirming that the transaction was successful, and bearing a unique order code. Failure to produce this communication will result in the inability to collect the purchased Title.

The titles entitling to the reduction must be shown when collecting the tickets. Failure to present the titles will result in payment of the difference at the entrance ticket office.

9. Limitations of liability and rights The arc of Janus coop. soc.

L'arco di Giano coop. soc. is not responsible in any way for damages, direct and indirect, of any kind, suffered by the Customer in relation to the services offered. L'arco di Giano coop. soc. also reserves the right to withdraw, modify, suspend or interrupt any function or service for technical and/or organizational reasons.

10. Prohibitions

Access Titles may not be used for political, commercial, advertising or other promotional reasons (such as, for example, prizes in competitions) unless prior written permission is obtained from L'arco di Giano coop. soc.

11. General

11.1 Even in the event that any of the rules set forth in these terms and conditions are found to be inapplicable, the others shall continue in full force and effect.

11.2 L'arco di Giano coop. soc. reserves the right, whenever it deems it necessary, to amend and/or supplement these general terms and conditions.
