Please read the following carefully, referring to purchase transactions made through this portal.

1. General Conditions of Online Sale

These general terms and conditions regulate the sale of Access Tickets (hereinafter referred to as tickets) to service users / customers (hereinafter the customer), to visit the historic park of Villa D. By placing an order on the webshop, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general and payment conditions described below.

2. Tickets and Events

2.1 Access Pass customers on www.villadurazzopallavicini.it, must purchase valid Tickets to be able to access the Event Venue and attend it. The rules applicable to the Customer apply to them.

2.2 Ticket availability is subject to change until the transaction is completed with payment

2.3 The purchase of the ticket is completed with the payment and the subsequent confirmation of the successful outcome of the operation.

2.4 The combined park + archaeological museum ticket consists of a coupon

2.5 The Admission Pass cannot be sold for consideration nor can it be the subject of intermediation.

2.6 The Arch of Janus coop. soc., has the right to cancel an Access Ticket and a purchase order executed, at any time, for technical and / or organizational reasons. In particular, any purchase transaction carried out, if the relative payment has not been processed within the indicated terms, will be automatically canceled by The Arch of Janus coop. soc.. In the event of cancellation of an access ticket with payment made, The Arch of Janus coop. soc. will refund the amount.

3. Payment instruments

The payment instruments that can be used by the Customer are decided by The Arch of Janus coop. soc. which may apply limitations and exclusions to the payment instruments used by the Customer, for security or other reasons.

Payment by credit card is managed through PayPal, a leading company in Italy in the banking services and online e-commerce sector. Transactions are absolutely secure and use highly secure protocols. Credit cards supported for payments are: VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON and POSTEPAY. The authorization of the transaction by credit card is immediate and takes place at the same time as the order confirmation, the actual transaction may however take place with a few days of delay. Customer credit card data will in no way be managed or stored by the servers or by others outside the banking services indicated.

For payment via PayPal, it could be proposed automatically or it may be necessary to connect through your account and make the payment to the email address communicated to the Customer in the transaction confirmation email that The Arch of Janus coop. soc. will send at the end of the online purchase procedure. This payment must necessarily be made within the terms indicated.

4. Price of Access Tickets and service fees

The additional commissions, when present, may vary with the forms of payment based on the management costs of the various payment services themselves. Any such increases are explicitly highlighted in specific sections during the Securities purchase procedure. In the event that a particular type of delivery of the Securities is required, such as, for example, shipment to the Customer, The Arch of Janus coop. soc. will reserve the right to apply specific service fees as a contribution to the shipment itself.

5. Communication of confirmation of transaction

For each transaction correctly completed, a communication of successful transaction will be sent to the email address communicated by the Customer during registration. Each communication contains the summary data of the event for which the Access Tickets were purchased, the type of tickets purchased, the summary data regarding payment and delivery methods, the summary data of the Customer and a unique order code for each transaction, which identifies the transaction itself. It is necessary to keep a copy of the confirmation email.

If, on the other hand, you receive an email containing Digital Access Titles, it will contain the codes to be presented directly for access.

6. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal and cancellation of the purchase made

This contract relates to the supply of products and services relating to leisure activities with the provision of a specific date or period of execution. Therefore, pursuant to art. 59 paragraph 1 letter n) of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the application of the provisions on the right of withdrawal referred to in articles 52 to 58 of the same decree is excluded, once the contract has been concluded.

The Customer will not be able to exercise this right in relation to the purchase of the Access Tickets.

Once the procedure provided for by the Service has been completed, the user cannot therefore request the cancellation of the completed transaction.

7. Event postponed or canceled - Park closure

7.1 The Arch of Janus coop. soc. is in no way responsible for any inconvenience caused by changes in the programming and / or cancellation of an Event or for the closure of the park due to adverse weather conditions reported by ARPAL with RED ALERT code or strong storm wind, by Union Ordinance or for safety assessments by the Park Management or for unforeseeable situations (by way of example and not limited to: landslides, falling trees, safety measures after significant weather events, fire and post-fire safety, etc.). If these occur, the Customer who purchased the relevant Access Pass will have the right to obtain the replacement of his or her Access Pass by requesting at the email address: reservations@villadurazzopallavicini.it, participation in a subsequent similar event proposed on the calendar or at the entrance to the park on another date, within three months. Having made no choice and after this period, the Access Pass will no longer be valid.

7.2 If the event is canceled and no longer repeated within the three months following the scheduling date, the Customer may request a refund of the Access Pass purchased relating to that specific event, with the exception of the presale right and the commissions applied for the performance of the service (surcharges applied for payment and delivery). The Arch of Janus coop. soc. will arrange the reimbursement operations, in ways and times decided by himself. The Tickets relating to these Events cannot be exchanged with others relating to other Events.

7.3 In any case, The Arch of Janus coop. soc. will not replace the Access Pass in the event that it is lost, lost, deteriorated, damaged or destroyed or if the Access Pass has been stolen or has become even partially illegible.

8. Methods of collection and delivery

The ticket can be collected at the ticket office of the park by presenting yourself with a copy of the email sent by the sales system when purchasing the Admission Pass, confirming the correct transaction, and bearing a unique order code. Failure to show such communication will make it impossible to withdraw the purchased Title.

The tickets that give the right to the reduction must be shown when collecting the tickets. Failure to present the qualifications entails the payment of the difference at the entrance ticket office.

9. Limitations of Liability and Rights The Arch of Janus coop. soc.

The Arch of Janus coop. soc. is not responsible in any way for damages, direct or indirect, of any nature, suffered by the Customer in relation to the services offered. The Arch of Janus coop. soc. furthermore, it reserves the right to withdraw, modify, suspend or interrupt any function or service for technical and / or organizational reasons.

10. Prohibitions

The Access Tickets cannot be used for political, commercial, advertising or other promotional reasons (such as, for example, prizes in competitions) except in the case of prior written authorization from the The Arch of Janus coop. soc.

11. General

11.1 Even in the event that any of the rules referred to in these general terms and conditions are inapplicable, the others will continue to have full effect.

11.2 The Arch of Janus coop. soc. reserves the right, whenever it deems it necessary, to amend and / or supplement these general terms and conditions.
